会员4954：这次出差来住的漫心酒店，离高铁站很近，来的时候没有提行李走着十分钟就可以到地方，进入大堂之后工作人员十分的热情帮我介绍房间和酒店的特色，房间设施很新很智能，小杜智能控制的，这样晚上躺在床上也不用起床关灯还是挺方便的，房间冰箱里配备的果汁、矿泉水、巴黎水都是免费的，品质还是非常高的，晚上服务员告诉我说一楼的小酒馆今天晚上8点到10点开业，有驻唱歌手过来表演，我还是挺新奇的，下楼之后发现人也不少很有氛围，坐着听了一会儿歌，也是美滋滋。由于坐高铁时间晚一点，前台营营帮我延迟了退房，很是照顾客人的需求，退房的时候小李还帮忙送到了门口出租车旁，给你们的服务点个赞！
会员6450：酒店不错，先说说酒店的设计，大厅设计的是带酒吧的那种，进门看就会看到好多的精酿啤酒，看了看这些一般在超市是买不到的，晚上还有驻唱歌手，这种模式还是挺少见的，办入住时候总台的服务员也比较热情，房间智能化，有小杜，这就比较方便了。第二天因为还要续住，跟前台说了需求之后前台的小姐姐特地帮我免费升级了房型，非常的人性化，整体非常不错，推荐来入住
